By downloading or using Unbroken (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use, which incorporate Apple’s standard End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscription Terms

• Title of subscription: Unbroken Plus.
• Length of subscription: 1 month, auto-renewing.
• Price per period: $4.99 USD per month (prices in other currencies may vary based on Apple’s App Store pricing matrix).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use of the App

Unbroken is a personal commitment and streak tracker. It is not medical, mental health, addiction-recovery, or emergency advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you create in the App. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
